Hi,
1. The rules say you have to buy the DDP for the duration of your stay. But, can you book one version for some (e.g. the counter service one or regular) and anoter version for the rest (e.g. the deluxe?)
2. The regular plan does not include gratuity. But I assume this gratuity is optional, i.e. you can tip less for poor / mediocre service or more for good service?

Thanks,
Matthew

1) No. Everyone in the room must be on the same plan. Of course, if you have two rooms, each room can be on a different plan.

2) Yes.

Sorry, by "some" I meant some of the time rather than some of the people. E.G. if we all have the quick service plan for the first few days and the regular plan for the rest.
Thanks

You could only do that if you had different reservations. And if you want a DDP with both reservations, you'd have to include tickets on both reservations, so that's an extra expense.

You can tip at your discretion as long as your party is 5 or less. Parties of 6 or more are automatically billed 18% gratuity.

Right; you can't switch dining plans in the middle of a single reservation. The single dining plan lasts the whole time.
