2 Questions about Tokyo Dining???

Hi sorry if these have been asked before:

1. The menu on Allears.net, is the menu the same for lunch and dinner? Are the prices the same or do they vary (we tend to eat table service for lunch to save money)

2. Has anyone tried the steak there? Is it any good? I would like to try to eat there and there is one picky eater in our family and I think I could convince her to go if there steak would be good!!
