Do the rooms have DVD players?

How likely is it to get a microwave if we request it?

We stayed at the Poly in Aug., and they do not have DVD players in the room. I don't know if you will get a microwave if you request it ( I would guess no). There is a microwave at Capt. Cooks that you can use. Good luck !!

The concierge/club level rooms and suites have DVD players in them. The CMs at the concierge desk in the Hawaii building will let concierge guests borrow movies for your stay, you just sign them out. They have a pretty decent selection too.

Not sure if you're able to request a microwave, I don't know if they have them available or not

I don't know if you can request a microwave, however I am sure there is one you could use a Captin Cook's.
