2 park tickets, 1 resort stay.... FP+?

Hello! I tried to search for this answer but between the myriad of threads and my convoluted understanding of MDE/FP+ I thought it easier to ask outright.

Situation: A friend of mine is staying at a Disney hotel for a week and will be using a 4 day ticket and a one-day ticket for her trip. If both tickets are uploaded to her account will she be able to do FP+ reservations for 5 days during her stay? Does FP+ allow for any days during her resort stay?

Just trying to understand to help her and also myself!!! TIA!!!

1. Yes.

2. The FP+ reservations can be made for any of the days of her trip, continuous or not,
up to the maximum number of ticket days that she has connected to MDE.

I have to ask how it is that there is a separate one-day ticket that she wants to use
ON THE SAME TRIP as another multi-day ticket.
That is normally a very poor arrangement, financially.

I agree with this, unless it happens that one or both tickets are partially-used no-expiration tickets, or if the person has no plans to return to WDW in the future. If the 4-day ticket is a new unused ticket, I would definitely upgrade that rather than using the 1-day along with it.
