2 or 3 rider rides?

Hello! I am planning my family's first visit in March, and I was wondering if there was anywhere I could look to see how many riders can go on each seat/row of a ride? It will be me, DH, DD9, DS6, and DS4. Either my DH or I will ride most of the rides with the boys, but I wonder how often DD will be left to ride with a stranger or by herself? I'd love to know in advance how many 3+ seat rides we can plan.
I've heard about child swap. Will that work for us since all kids can/want to ride it, but would rather ride with a parent than alone or with a stranger?
I hope this makes sense! Thanks!

We have three children as well and were able to ride everything we wanted with 3 in one seat and two in the other.

The only rides this was not possible on your 4yo may not be tall enough for anyway (ours wasn't). These were RocknRollercoaster (48") and Expedition Everest (44" I believe). For these rides you can use rider switch (two older kids with one parent at a time-- kids ride twice), but then one of the kids would have to ride alone or they could go together and parent sit behind. Or you could just get four fastpasses and one parent could take one child and then the other parent take the other child.

Great! I am used to Six Flags rides where we usually ride 2 per seat and DD usually ends up riding alone.

I agree that almost anything that you could ride with the 4 year old you can fit 3 across. A few notable exceptions are Toy Story Mania (only 2 guns per seat; 4 actually fit in a car but you are back to back separated and can't see one another), Buzz Lightyear (only 2 guns per seat although 3 may fit across), and the Indy Speedway. Our 9 year old rode this by himself in August and did fine, but something to consider. Also, I believe they just raised the height to ride alone from 52" to 54" if that makes a difference.

Many rides look like they only fit 2 across, but can actually fit 3. (Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, etc...) The CM's will ask you how many in your party and split you up accordingly. No worries.:thumbsup2

Just an FYI, baby swap is only available for rides with height requirements when you have a child who is not tall enough to ride. It's a great service and I recommend using it if you need it. They will let the waiting parent bring others with them when they ride which is a great perk for the older kids. I think my boys are a bit disappointed that their sister is able to ride most rides now. LOL

You're right. We rode Buzz with 3 in a car, but there are only two guns. (We didn't do Toy Story, but I would think you could do the same.) And yes, our oldest drove a car by herself on Indy Speedway. I forgot about that one.

DH and I went with my 2 boys, ages 3 and 6, in April. Most rides, DH went with DS6 in one car and I went with DS3 in another. We did this for Peter Pan, Pooh, Goofy Barnstormer, Buzz, Dumbo, Indy Speedway, Astro Orbiter.

Then in October, I went alone with my 2 boys, and we squeezed 3 people onto every ride. The only one we were forced to split was Goofy Barnstormer where the boys rode together and I rode in the seat behind them. On buzz and TSM, I let the boys use the laser/guns and I sat in the middle.

We didn't ride any BIG rides like SplashMtn, TOT, etc. my DS3 was only 40inches tall.

I forgot about the Barnstormer. :goodvibes My boys think of that as a kiddie ride and go on it just to humor their sister so I completely forgot that someone ends up sitting alone (or I opt out). It's a short ride but it seems to turn my stomach. :confused3
