2 onboard credits?

We have a $ 50 on board credit for being a first time cruiser. We just joined the Disney Club and were told we would get a $50 on board credit for that also. I just spoke to a lady at the DCL 800 # and she refused to give us the second $50 credit. I feel the two should have nothing to do with each other and I don't understand why they will not honor this. Has anyone else had multiple on board credits or know if the DCL rep was incorrect?

On the cruise I have booked for Sep 2002 I have two shipboard credits. I have the $200 credit offered as a Castaway Club incentive to take a second cruise and I also got them to add the American Express White Glove shipboard credit of $250!!!! It took 3 calls to different CM's, but I finally found a wonderful CM that helped me to the second credit (I had to pay $59 more for some fee to add it). I'm so excited to have $450 credit for my cruise. I did try to add the Disney Cruise $50 credit, but that special ends before my cruise!

The $50 first time cruise postcard does state that it is not combinable with other offers. Sorry...

Also, the Disney Club credit is apparently limited. We were unable to get it
Oh well, at least we have our Castaway Club credits and our DU rebates. Gotta pay that spa bill somehow!

They would not combine our $50.00 postcard credit with the Florida Resident Special last October. BUT, NO ONE TOLD US!! I noticed the ommission one day when I reviewed our bill. The CM at guest services had to have someone from accounting call our stateroom to explain.

I just booked our second cruise for 6/2003. Our first was 6/2001. Both on the Magic.

Since I am a Castaway Club member- should I have received an onboard credit for the second cruise? I used an AAA TA.
