On the UK site, for up to October 2016 visits, book by 8th Feb 2016.
for Nov 2016 to March 2017, book by 3rd October 2016
for 16th Dec 2016 to 1st Jan 2017, book by 3rd October 2016.

if you're going in December, checking in before around 15th, wait for a flash sale at the end of September/beginning of October next year - you'll get 45% off on one of the versions of the official DLP site (this has been the case for the last 2 years certainly, I've checked ).

you might also grab a bargain through the year on sites like expedia/ebookers etc, especially if you're going in "low" winter/xmas season.
