2 night stay Key Largo -- suggestions?

We will be adding the Keys to our August trip, and will split a week with 5 nights in Key West, and then 2 in Key Largo before heading to Orlando.

It will be me and my DS and college age daughter and her roommate. We don't want to share a room with them, so either 2 rooms, or a 2 bedroom condo/apt suite.

Ideas?

5 nights in Key West is a loooooooong time. There are only a few hotels in Key Largo. We stayed at the Hilton when we went which was a beautiful resort with a nice private beach. Even 2 nights in Key Largo is pushing it IMO.

The Marriott in Key Largo is great. They have 1 & 2 bedroom suites, 2 restaurants a big pool and a nice little beach area
