Thanks so much for sharing. Your relationship with the Postman is so very much like mine with my Dad. We also lost my Mom and the bond between he and I just grows and grows. You will always be "Daddy's little girl".... no matter what age. God Bless both of you!

Just wanted to add some more photos (I finally got around to editing all of them - if you’re planning a trip, just know that I took a 512 MB memory stick, and literally ran out of room on the last day, so 512 MB was about right for us for a 6 day/5 night trip). Is there any image that can top Cinderella’s castle at night?

And look, one of the Spectromagic pics is actually nice! Well, Ursula’s not nice, but you get the idea.
(The rest are indistinguishable blurred streaks of light - you should see my pics of my trip to the Eiffel Tower while it’s lit up at night. It looks like modern art... hey there’s an idea...)

It’s the Magic Kingdom’s Christmas Tree - that would look GREAT in my living room...




Animal Kingdom

The Jingle Jungle Parade - and its star, Mickey!

And the Tree of Life - how many animals can you find hidden? Every time I look at it, I find a new one!

Epcot

Illuminations - just beautiful...

The Candlelight Processional - we didn’t go (hence the long-distance shot), but I hear it’s a truly moving experience.

The holifay storyteller from Italy - she’s called La Befana.

And Papa Noel from Canada - gotta love a Santa in flannel!

And it turns out I did dignify the tacky wand with a photo... a breathtaking one, at that.



That’s it for this trip report, but I’m heading back for Halloween (and my birthday)! I bought a new camera (with an optical zoom and more megapixels), so I’ll be sure to post some pics for all my Disbuddies after the trip.
