2 free bags on Airtran through SW???

I am booking flights using SW rapid rewards on the SW site. It does say 2 free bags when I check an airtran flight. Is this really true? I don't want to get to the airport and have to pay for baggage.

It's true. You get the policies of the marketing entity. Book through the southwest site and you get 2 free bags and no change fee. Southwest doesn't have assigned seats, you won't be able to pay for reserved seats.

Airtran charges for bags, has a change fee but will let you pay for an assigned seat when you make your reservation.

I think I will just pick southwest flights. I'm familiar with SW and it seems easier.
