Hello all my wonderful readers! Hope you guys are all having a great week.
Today I had my first day off in a long time, so I decided to go through and organize old family pictures for my mom. Im so happy I did because...... Drumroll please!

I FOUND OLD DISNEYLAND PICTURES!!!

And I thought I should share them with you guys! I'm so happy I found them they bring back such nice memories, and make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. They also made me feel very thankful, and fortunate that my amazing parents took me on annual trips to Disneyland. I cant thank them enough for being the most caring, and loving parents on the planet. I wish my mom, dad, and sister would be able to join DBF and I on this trip. I know they would have loved it and they really deserve a vacation, I wish we could all experience WDW for the first time all together, I'm really going to miss them Now onto the pictures, sorry for the bad quality I had to take pictures of the pictures with my cell phone ! (I think its time for me to learn how to use the scanner ) These are not from all the trips I've had to DLR but I will post more as I find them

(My favorite trip to DLR, my dad picked me up from preschool and took me on a surprise trip to my favorite place, just me and him. This is the trip that i remember the most from)

Thank you! I think it's soo cute they went when they were young. My mom used to be obsessed she always tell me stories about how much she wished and hoped to one day visit Disneyland. And how she was so excited for months before she went its adorable.

WE'RE GOING TO ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE!!!!!!

I am soo thrilled, and so excited!! I've been dying to tell you all, but havent gotten around to it due to work!! The other day DBF said that he's always wanted to visit Wizarding World of Harry Potter and with that a fire was lit, I took that comment and ran! Before I knew it I re-did our plans, moved around some ADr's and made it happen! I've always wanted to go to I.O.A. but I never thought we could do it since we're not going to have a car to get us around. I crunched some numbers (Cab ride there and back, tickets, food, ect) and in the end, it was very do-able but DBF insisted that I save my portion of the money and he pay for the whole thing (More money for souvineers )!! So happy that I get to expirence I.O.A. and WWOHP on top of going to WDW for the first time. I feel very grateful and excited!

Good Morning Disreaders! I've been going back and forth with myself over what would be the perfect anniversary surprise gift to give my DBF on our upcoming trip. I wanted it to be something unique, something we'd remember for a lifetime, and more importantly something fun! I looked into the Key's to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom, but that would be more for me so I decided against it. Then I looked into the Wild Africa Trek and I was ready to book, when something else caught my eye. The Epcot Segway Tour! I don't know what it was about this tour but it was calling my name. I really think DBF will love it because its something out of the ordinary, and a new experience for us both. I'm so excited to surprise DBF with the tour! I've been telling him that I have a surprise waiting for him at WDW and he's actually pretty excited to see what he is. He's really has no idea that something like this is even actually possible so I know he'll never guess what it is! I'm not planning on telling him what the surprise is until were at Epcot checking in for the tour! I seriously cant wait to see his reaction ! (can you tell I love surprising people?)!

Has Anyone done the Segway tour? If you have, how was your experience?

Thank you, I think he's going to love it! The Driving Experience sounds totally amazing! But soo expensive! That would be amazing if you ended up wining the lottery and really treated your DH and kids!

Hello once again readers! I don't know if you can tell, but I actually have a day off today! So I thought I'd share a recipe with everyone! (I forgot to take pictures until after the fact, so please excuse the empty containers, and the finished product was eaten up so quick I couldn't get any good pictures )

I am a self proclaimed health freak, but around my house I am also known as a baking goddess. I love, love, LOVE making sweets! I have a huge sweet tooth, so I am always trying out new recipes and sharing the end results with my family, friends, and neighbors!

Today, I want to share a really quick, simple, and cheap, recipe that busy moms or dads (heck, anyone who loves sweets!) on a hectic schedule can make in no time flat! Did I mention there's no baking required! (This is my first ever online recipe so please bear with me!)​

(WARNING THESE ARE HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!)

Cookies & Cream Cake Bites

What You Will Need
*1 Package of Regular Oreos (aka America's Favorite Cookie)
*2 Packs of White Chocolate Chips
*8oz Box of Cream Cheese
*2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
*1/2 a Cup of Powdered Sugar (3/4 If you like it Sweeter)

Step 1:
Make Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix together the whole box of Cream Cheese, 1/2 to 3/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar (depending on your sweetness level) and 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract. Once they are all thoroughly mixed, set aside and try not to eat it all!

Step 2:
Using either a Magic Bullet, or a Food Processor crush the entire package of Oreos until they have the same texture as sawdust It's okay to have a few bigger chucks leftover! I actually prefer to have a few bigger pieces.

Step 3:
Mix Oreo Powder with Cream Cheese Frosting mix.

Step 4:
Get a baking sheet, and put a layer of wax paper on it.

Step 5:
Take the mixture and make into 1 inch ball portions, and place on baking. Then put the sheet into freezer, let freeze for about 1 hour or overnight.

Step 7:
Melt White Chocolate Chips. Dip frozen Oreo balls, one by one, into the melted white Chocolate chip dip, then back onto the baking sheet. Once done dipping all the Cake Bites put the baking sheet into the fridge and let set for a few hours. (I like to let it set overnight for best results. Oreos suck up all the cream cheese frosting so it becomes very moist and not so ooey gooey)

Step 8:
Remove from fridge, share, and ENJOY! I DARE you to try and only eat one!

Hey Everyone! While checking the mail today I found my favorite thing ever! Disney mail!! I got a DCL planning guide, and I also recieved my Passporter I ordered from amazon weeks ago (why does media mail take so long? ) So Excited to take some time and read through this!
