I'm going with the DH in early November, and I remember on past trips (Oct and Nov) that they had 2 Fantasmics on nights where there were EMH at DHS. Is this still the case?? When I checked the park schedule as of today, 11/8 shows EMH til 10pm at DHS, and only 1 Fantasmic at 7pm. Is there a possibility they will add another, lets say one at 7pm and one at 9pm? I really want to see Fantasmic, but I also want to be there during EMH so I can ride RnC and ToT late at night with short single rider lines as my Hubby is too chicken to ride them. And we are trying to fit in dinner at Flying Fish that night too..... Ugh!!

The hours and offerings will update about a month out. There should be two.

Is this generally true for any PM EMH? I am going October 4, when DHS closes at 7:30, has F! at 8, and has PM EMH until 9:30. I'd love if they add a second F!, but I wasn't counting on it.

Usually when there are two Fantasmics, the first one is during regular park hours and the second F! occurs 30 minutes after the park closes.

The only F! on your night is already occurring after park closing; there won't be one added on later in EMH.

It is still possible for a second show to be added, and even for the first showtime to change.

To piggy back on this question, if the 2nd show starts after park close, can off site guests go to it?

If there is a 2nd F! added, it will be at 6:30 because they are scheduled 1.5 hours apart and never later than 30 minutes after regular park hours end.

The PP shouldn't plan on a later than 8:00 Fantasmic.

IMHO, It would kinda defeat the purpose of attending an EMH if you take all the time to watch F!

(Now that I've realized RnR typically goes below 30 minute waits and you can still get TSMM once or twice in the last 30m of EMH.)

Don't blow your EMH time on Fantasmic, catch the show on a different night. If a 2nd show is scheduled, it will start a half hour after the park closes so you'll lose an hour or more of EMH time on the show.

On our last DHS EMH visit, we were able to do the following in 2 hours:

ToT 5x
RnR 3x
TSMM 2x

But would be a great use of time if indeed off site guests can attend the show! And, sadly, I will be an off site guest in November :-(

Park hours often change completely, so it is entirely possible that park hours will be extended with a F! after 8pm. Last year for that Sunday, it was at 8 and 9:30...image.jpg

ETA: sorry if the photo isn't very clear. It's a screenshot from my phone. Lol

Again, all F! performances, even those which take place after "park closing time" on PM EMH nights,
ARE open to ALL guests, regardless of on-site or off-site stays.

Really, I just want to be able to ride RnC and ToT once each with very little wait during my EMH, then maybe get a second ride on TSMM. And if I can get that done and still be able to do one of the F! and dinner at FF, that would be a successful EMH use to me :-) My hubby won't ride RnC or ToT, so I wanted to do them in as little time as possible so he's not waiting by himself for an extended period of time.

Lines don't magically shorten at the start of EMH as all guests can enter queues before the official park close. Lines do move more smoothly as there are no more FP+

Usually, the last hour of an EMH is the most productive. At DHS, EMH lines are typically best during a F!, and get longer after an F! ends.

Expecting to ride RnR and ToT in the first 45 minutes of an EMH before F! is pushing it...you might luck out.
