The suites at Sheraton Safari have two double beds and a double sofabed. Interesting, though, that the deluxe rooms (non-suite style) there usually have two queen beds (sometimes one king).
The non-suite rooms at the Fairfield at the Marriott Village has two double beds, the junior suite has a king and two twin bunkbeds and the regular suite has a king and either a double or two twin bunkbeds.
The Springhill at Marriott Village has studio suites with either a king bed and a sofabed or two doubles and a sofabed.
I think that the Buena Vista Suites have either a king and a sofabed or two queens and a sofabed. I also think that the same choices are available at the neighboring Caribe Royale Orlando.
You'd probably pay more at the hotels that have the larger bed options but you might check mousesavers.com to see if there are any discount rates being offered.
