2 DO or NOT 2 Do that is the ? I have ressies for the Wave but am having second thoughts, I am considering Wolfpuck Cafe the TS one just to be clear, Can someone share with me what 2 DO! and please share how your meal was! Thanks

The Wave was a good meal, half my party liked it and half did not. I was in the half that did like it. I think it was what the other ordered, pork tenderloin. Wolfgang downstairs is good too but have not eaten there in about 2 years. If you are going to downtown dis, check out paradiso 37 if you like mexican and south american food.

I ate at the Wave several times for breakfast...never for dinner. It was OK. Served its purpose.

I did not eat at Wolfgangs, but my sister did and said she really liked it. This is a person who spent the whole week at V & A, Cali Grill, Narcoosees, Citricos, Yatchsman etc.. She refused to eat at a buffet and was not impressed with Le Cellier. The only reason why she ate at WG was because her flight was delayed and she spent some time in Downtown Disney shopping after she checked out of the GF. Her hubby was hungry and suggested they go. She said the food was suprisingly great.

We loved the Wave - probably our favorite meal on our recent trip.
I had the braised lamb shank with bulgur stew which was absolutely delicious.:lovestruc
DH had the tenderloin which he enjoyed.
Can't remember what the kids had but the chef and waitress were extremely attentive to our DS2's food allergy issues.
We also had an ahi tuna appetizer that was very good.
Desserts were good but not outstanding - I would rather have one normal sized dessert of my choice rather than 3 little ones - I am not too adventurous when it comes to dessert - I do not like anything really creamy or egg-heavy like flan, etc. and so had difficulty finding 3 that I wanted to try.
Pre-dinner cocktails were yummy (I had a couple of specialty mojitos) - especially needed with the week we were having (massive rains in mid-May)
Only drawback was that we had a relatively late ADR and with how tiring the trip was battling the rains, our kids were pretty cranky by the end of this meal. Then we walked over to the MK bus stops to catch a bus to POFQ in an absolute downpour!

Just editing to reiterate that the lamb shank was to die for - probably my favorite meal ever on all of WDW property, or at least tied with the popcorn coated fish at GFC (which I see is no longer on their menu!)

Never been to WGP. But the Wave was very good. Sent a lot of family members there and all loved it.

We ate there in March and it was incredible...click on my March link for tons of pics and full review...you will not be sorry!
