2 Different AKV incentives?

We are considering purchasing 160 pts at AKV. We took the tour on our recent trip to WDW. The incentive we were offered is as follows:

$8 off per point
160 developer pts to be used at saratoga springs within 1 year
I believe there was also a $500 visa card, but the guide wasn't sure

I have read on these boards somewhere, that people were getting the following incentives:

$8 off per point
5 days within the next year in a one-bedroom at either SSR or AKV (includes extra fastpasses)
$1,000 prepaid disney visa card

Does anyone know anything about these incentives? Is the second set just for add-ons?

Also use year of Dec. would get 2008 points (usable after construction is complete in May 2009) and prorated maint. fees based on May 2009.

Any assisstance would be appreciated. Thanks.

I may be wrong, but I believe that the second promotion you mention is the incentive offered from the Doorway to Dreams sales center in IL.

[/B I was told that yes, there is either $500 Disney Rewards Dollars or a $500 Disney Visa Card if referred by an exisiting member.

The Developer Points must be used within 1 yr from date of contract..
Either at SSR, 3 Disneyland Hotels, or through World Passport, Interval International....

This is what we got when we went to the Doorway to Dreams location near Chicago. I believe from what I have read, this promotion has expired. When we received it a couple of weeks ago, I had no idea that is was about to expire and that it was only for this location.
