We are only 19 days away from leaving and I am trying to figure out our grocery delivery for snacks and breakfast. Since we are staying 11 days we are thinking that we should maybe do 2 deliveries instead of one big one, one half way through the trip.

Has anyone done this and if so how did you set it up before you left? We won't have a computer to order from while we are there.

Should I go with Garden Grocer or is there another service I should look at?

I think I would order all of the non-perishables for the entire trip. Even things like cheese and yogurt won't go bad in that amount of time. The only things you might need to replenish are produce and milk. You can get milk and fruit at the grab and go areas of the resort food courts. Some resorts have little market areas in their gift shops. They're more pricey, but would be convenient to grab just a few things.

Also, be careful when estimating how much you think you'll need. We always tend to over-buy when stocking hotel rooms. If you're driving, you can take the extras home. If you're flying, you either have to stuff it into luggage or abandon it at the resort. If you set up two deliveries before the trip, you might find that you don't need everything in the second one. If it were me, I think I would order everything in one delivery, and replenish milk and fruit from the resort shops as needed.

I agree. The extra S&H fee for the second order negates most of the savings for things like milk & fruit. We did one order on a 14 day trip split stay and everything was even transferred fine.

I don't know if this is still the case, but we order through wegoshop and the time i needed another order, I think the delivery fee was waived.
Maybe send an email, the lady Amy is awesome to deal with....
