2 days at MK

We are planning 2 days at MK. What is the best way to split the park? My kids are 4 and 11. We are doing 2 character breakfasts so we aren't doing any meet and greets. I'm using touring plans, is there a way to make a personalized plan for 2 days?
Planning FP for 7DMT, Peter Pan, Speedway, Thunder Mountain, what else is a good pick?

I recommend starting with the cheat sheets at easywdw.com and taking out anything that doesn't appeal to your family. You can then put that into the touring plan generator.
