Has any one ever purchased park tickets on ebay???

And if so what has been your experience??

Thanks,

I have not, and I would not. The tickets are non-transferrable and there are no assurances until you reach the gates that you are actually getting what you purchased. I'm sure there are some honest sellers out there, but there's just too much in jeopardy for me to do it, or to encourage someone else to do it.

ITA, not a good idea at all. I've seen a family turned away at the gate who was saying they just purchased the tickets on I drive. It was really sad, the poor kids had no idea why they couldn't go in....

I would not buy or recommend that anyone buy tickets anywhere but Disney or a reputable agent (like a licensed TA or AAA)

I absolutely agree with the other two posters - nothing more disappointing than getting to the gate and having them be no good.

When you have to repurchase, you havent actually saved any $$ at all.

I Think you'll probably find that nearly everyone on the boards will be in agreement to NOT purchase tickets from ebay.

I have heard the horror storys and you really dont know what you're getting.

I wouldnt even purchase them from the booths in orlando

I searched ebay but a lot of the prices were getting high anyways... Almost regular price. And those people probably bought them 10 years ago or something for a lot less money. I wouldn't want to give those scalpers my money.
