If I am staying onsite and can do a 2-day Parkhopper, would you recommend doing Disneyland in the morning both days and leave about lunch to rest/pooltime and then return to do California Adventure in the pm?
Obviously, one of the nights I have to return to DL to see the Fireworks.

Yes - but I'd only bother going to DCA one afternoon in a two day visit.

The only must do rides are California soarin (but see if you can do this twice), Grizzy River Run, Tower of Terror and, if you are into coasters, California Screamin.

You can do these in one half day.

Depending on your interests, and who is in your group - DCA may take only one afternoon. I really recommend the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail there if you have kids, and also Aladdin (the show) - it's very well done. Also - DCA closes before DL, so you won't have trouble going back to DL both nights, but one night you'll have to go back earlier to catch the fireworks and then Fantasmic! Have fun!

My advice for a two day is go early go early go early, and decide what two ro three things you want to do first. We were able to do lots in the first hour by being early.

Thank You
I think that it is at least going to be a two day-er now
