2 day park hoppers?

I just bought two day park hoppers with one disney quest or pleasure island from disney's convention site for $104 each including tax. They worked great and were perfect for our long weekend trip!

Central Florida Tickets and Travel 407 932-2080 sometimes has them, sometimes not - you have to call and ask. They run specials from time to time and the deals can be good.

you had no trouble ordering these i'll assume? that's a huge savings over a 2 day MYW with hopper option.

We bought 2-day park hoppers with DQ (assuming these are convention tickets) from Central Florida Tickets. We'll be using them next week, hopefully with no problems. I'll report back to let you know. And, yes, Central Florida Tickets does still have the 2-day park hoppers available. I can't remember the cost, but they were somewhere around $130.

No trouble at all. When you get to the convention site, you can look up conventions taking place during your dates. Then just go thru the ordering process. They came pretty quickly and we had no trouble at all!!

In Sept. we used convention tickets. They worked GREAT. No problems, quick delivery. I wonder if they will continue to have them after the new "your way" tickets come out.

Question. You said you looked up a convention date to see what was there when you were traveling. We actually have sales meeting in January but are going back in February with my family. If I buy the convention tickets for our sales meeting in January, will I be able to use the tickets in February? (We won't have time while we are at the meetings, but I only need a two day hopper for my parents while we are there in Feb) Did this make sense? I know they expire within 10 days of first use and I know they are only good until Dec 05. I guess I am concerned if I buy them now, that in Feb they won't be any good because of the change in the tickets.

Any clue?

Go to the convention tix website -- http://disneymeetings.disney.go.com/dwm/ticketpages/generalTicketGating?name=GeneralTicketGatingPage

Fill in the info they request. I even put "Other" in the "group name" section and it sent me to the purchase page. I believe this website must not be monitored to any great extent -- it's kind of a loophole for buying discounted tix.

We bought these tix for our Thanksgiving trip. I played it safe and went to the Orange County convention center website and checked for a valid convention going on during my stay, but now I don't believe this is necessary: http://www.orlandoconvention.com/homeEvent.asp

The prices for a 4-day were $206 -- they've gone up. We received the tix in the mail very quickly and used them easily at the parks -- like any other ticket. We also went to DisneyQuest one day (a $30 savings) and really enjoyed it -- my girls are 4 and 7.

I highly recommend considering these convention tix when doing a price comparison. They were well worth it for us!

I see that the Convention site states that you need to be prepared to show proof of attendance at the convention-Anyone get asked at the gates when using the tickets?

We had no problems whatsoever with the convention tix. We used them at DisneyQuest and park hopped for 4 days. Other extended members of my family used them as well and were fine. I will use them again if the price is better than the new pricing.

If you can order the convention tickets and get them sent to your house, I don't think you'd have anybody asking for convention ID. If you are to pick them up while you are WDW, there is that chance. I was buying a ticket at Guest Services, when some people came up to get tickets on at the convention rate. They were asked for convention ID.

We just returned. I purchased 4 adult and 2 child 2 day convention tickets from disneymeetings.com. For hotel I put other (Pop Century wasn't listed) and for convention name I just put our last name ***** Family.
They came quickly and were actually the plastic credit card type. We used them without question and they were the best deal of the trip. We enjoyed hopper privileges in both parks and then spent 1/2 a day at Disneyquest.

Thanks for the one who suggest convention tix here! i long for buying ticket for 2 day hopper for Disney theme parks but find none online. I plan to buy 1-day-1-park tickets at the sales ticket for about $222 for two person. But i found that the 2 day hopper tickets offered at the convention tix is much cheaper! it's only $101 for each, plus tax and mail fee, it just spends me $216! and i also can go to Disney Quest as well !

i am so excited! Thanks very much!

p.s. it's a better deal to buy for convention tix then at www.discountorlandovacation.com, it cost $136 for one 2-day hopper, that will be $272 for what i can get $50 less at convention tix.
But anyway, to find the 2 day hoppers at that site is not easy, if u want to compare price, you can still look for 2/3 day hopper according to the following steps:
