My family of 4 will be going for 2 days in April. Should we pay a little extra and get 2 day PH tix from a private party. Thanks

Where did you find 2 day hoppers I have been trying to get them for our feb 21st trip with no luck- can you name your private party?

Found them on ebay. Very hard to come by. Ended up paying $137.99 for three of them and $135.99 for one. Good luck!!!

I hope they are good when you get to the parks. You really have no recourse if they aren't.

When we wanted 2 day park hoppers, we, too, could not find them so we just bought length of stay passes and they dropped the third day(check out day) off for us.

gransar, how do you know that the tickets are what the ebay seller said they were?

Somewhere on these forums, another poster got to the gate with an ebay purchased ticket and it didn't have any days left on it. They had to purchase tickets at the gate.

How about a 3 day PH+

Alaimo Car Rental is selling them on their web site (you don't even have to rent a car from them) Look for the phone number under (I think) special deals for Disney.

Official (plastic) Disney tickets from Disney. Just received mine in the mail yesterday.

$ 167 adult, $ 137 child (includes all taxes and free shipping)

...at least you're guaranteed that they are "real".

You can always use the 3rd day and/or the "+" on a future trip.

Hope you weren't staying on-site at a WDW resort. You could have gotten a 2 day Ultimate Park Hopper for as low as $121 if you purchased in advance. Or, if not staying on-site, that you got a pretty good deal on the hotel room since you would have saved $66 on your passes purchasing from WDW.

And, more than anything else, I hope your passes actually work when you arrive. There is no way to verify the validity of a pass before you arrive at WDW. If your passes were in any way misrepresented, you might end up paying a whole lot more at the gate to fix the problem. And, since WDW passes are "Non Transferrable", don't expect any sympathy from Disney if your eBay passes do not have the days that you think they should have.

I hope they aren't expired. Some of the 2 day hoppers have expiration dates.

TJKRAZ,

Where do you get 2 day Ultimate Park Hopper Tickets for $121? We are staying in one of the Disney Resorts - and haven't seen anything at this point to purchase these 2 day tickets - I would be glad to buy them in advance. We are only able to stay for 2 days, so this would be perfect.

Thanks,

tbronk:D

You can buy Ultimate Park Hoppers at your resort when you check in. Also you can get them through reservations ahead of time.

As safetymom said, that's the advance purchase price through WDW. If you purchase during check-in at your resort, the price goes up about $10-15 per ticket.

You can find full ticket prices (including tax) at allearsnet.com.

Note that purchase of the Ultimate Park Hopper is tied directly to your room reservation. It's considered a "length of stay" pass, and, for the most part, must mirror the number of nights you are staying at the WDW resort.

If you wait until check-in to buy the pass, the CMs will let you drop either the day you arrive from the pass, or the day you leave. Most of the time you can get them to drop both of those days if you press. But all of the days in the middle of your stay must be included.

Wow - Thanks for the quick response. So if we get there around 4:00 pm on Sunday - and leaving after MK closes on Tuesday - we could get a 2 day ult. pk hppr?

We, so far have planned on leaving WDW on Tuesday after Wishes - (do the do Wishes every night in May?) and make our way to Destin - for some beach time - but, I could be tempted to make one more day of it! - So far my family can't wait to get to the beach - (we've never done disney) - but I have a feeling once they're there - they will want to stay. We are staying at the Yacht Club, and at the length of stay we're at right now, - we probably won't get to enjoy SAB very much - maybe a little on MGM day - (Monday). Any thoughts?

You shouldn't have a problem doing that. They have always been very good about dropping the first and last days if I wanted with the UPH.

Ok so I am very confused. I had no idea that you could but 2 day park hopper. I thought that you could only get a day pass and that you had to stay to one park. We will be cecking in to our Disney hotel on Mon. Feb.16 and checking out Wed. Feb. 18 and we were going to go to Disney Monday and Tuesday. So we can get a 2 day park hopper from our hotel? I am still very confused:confused:

They are length of stay passes. They are available beforehand through reservations or you can purchase them when you check it.

They are not like regular park tickets though. They expire when you leave. They do have lots of great benefits that regular park hopper tickets don't have.

You can go to the water parks and I think Disney Quest and Pleasure Island. I haven't used them in several years so not sure about those benefits.

If you are only going for a couple of days the UPH tickets are great.

You are absolutely correct. With the UPH, you get unlimited access to all 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, DQ, PI and Wide World of Sports (not that there is anything to see at WWoS).

For holly dolly's 2 night / 3 day stay, they could Advance Purchase the UPH for $164.01 per adult. If you want to wait until you check in to purchase and drop either your arrival or departure day, you could effectively get a 1 night / 2 days UPH for the "gate" price of $132.06.
