2 Check In Questions

We have a mid morning arrival at MCO and are headed to CBR to check in upon arrival and I was wondering what happens if they don't have a room ready for you yet? I have been fortunate that they have always had a room ready for us, but I'm thinking this time that might not happen so I was wondering if we need to pre-check in and then check in again at offical check-in times or what the deal is!

Ok we also have a split resort stay between CBR/AKL on Monday Oct 4th we leave CBR and head to AKL. I understand that they will transport our luggage for us, but we will have some items (food) that will need refridgeration...will they be able to transfer that for us or are we better off to just take a cab to AKL and if our room is not ready just have them place our cold items in cold storage?

If your room is not ready, they will store you luggage and give you the key. You just call a number they give you later that day and they tell you what room you are in.
