1. Can you only take advantage of an offer if you make a brand new reservation while on site, or if you already have a ressie can you call while on site and apply the offer to the existing ressie?

I would like to book for 2015 but will wait til I am there in Oct if I can' t apply a bb offer to an existing.

2. Is there always a bb offer in packets or do they not offer them at some times?

I went all through my packet on past two visits and never saw anything. Either i missed it or there wasn't one.

You have to physically be at the resort and checked in to make a bounceback.

The information isn't in the Welcome packet that you receive from the front desk - it is actually in a brochure that is in your room, usually on the table. It is called Be Our Guest Guide - if the brochure isn't in the room - just call x8844 from the room phone for the current offer.

Guess that explains why I could never find it lol . Thanks. I will wait to book until my visit to see what is available.
