I just released our 2 bedroom ressie for Jan. 7-17th and replaced it with a 1 bedroom. Hope someone gets to use the 2 bedroom who was on a waitlist. I almost didn't get one day for the 1 bedroom, but the CM went away for awhile and came back with the whole ressie!
