If you have a 2 bedroom lockoff. Do the room keys that open the studio open the 1 bedroom part too?

We have my brothers family in the 1 bed and another couple in the studio. Wondering if its possible to not have the studio open the 1 bedroom part. I booked it as a 2 bedroom to save the points.
If you do room charging on a 2 bedroom, does it all goto 1 credit card, since its like "1" room too?

thanks

With a 2-bedroom lock-off, all of the room keys will open both doors. I don't believe the resort can do anything to allow them to only open one of the doors.

Reportedly, the resorts can now associate a credit card number to individual room keys allowing for multiple credits cards to be used (only one per room key).

All keys will open one door. However, you can lock the connecting door for more privacy.

Besides keeping the connecting door locked, you could hand your brother his key and tell him it opens his room, while holding your room key that opens "your" room. No need to mention that both keys open both doors! ;)

They might be able to set up two cards on the room, but it will only get one bill. So someone would have to get a photo copy of the bill to let the other people see what was actually charged to their card.
