Does the dedicated 2 Bedroom at BCV have have the microwave and mini refridgerator in the 2nd bedroom or is it only in the 2 Bedroom lockouts?

only in the 2 Bedroom lockouts

This is true for all DVC resorts. The lockout will have a second mini kitchen and the dedicated will have slightly more storage space.
