2 bed/2 bath for close to $100p/n in July?

6 of us (3 adults/3kids) traveling in July.

Having a hard time deciding between a 1B/1B suite for $~90p/n at Buena Vista Suites VS 2B/2B for $~150 at the Sheraton Vistana Resort.

Of course we rather have the extra space but we are staying 8 nights so the price difference is substantial! We stayed at SVR in 2012 and loved it but paid closer to $100 p/n in 2012. Are there any similar condo/resorts that offer 2B/2B closer to $100 p/n in July??? Any tips will be appreciated!

How about a 3 bed/3 bath with a splash pool for around that price? Definitely check out Windsor Hills, either at the previously mentioned website, or on VRBO.com.
