2 adults - Our Dining Plans - What do you think?

DH and I will be at WDW from 11/30/02 to 12/07/02. The first 2 nights we are staying at AKL, the next 5 at YC. I have finally finished planning my itinerary, and dining plays a very important role! We like to eat good food, and have been saving up for the trip of all trips. BTW, this is also a trip to celebrate my 30th birthday, so I am very excited! I think 30 will be a great year!

11/30 Saturday
Flight arrives at 9:15AM
Check in to AKL
Spend the afternoon at AK
Dinner @ Jiko @ 7:30PM - Our first time dining here.

12/01 Sunday
Breakfast - room service on the balcony?
Day at MK
Evening at Downtown Disney
Dinner @ Wolfgang Puck's Cafe - DH has become obsessed with FoodTV, and his only request was to eat at Wolfgang Puck's. I have read a lot of good reviews about the cafe, and not so many good reviews about Upstairs.

12/02 Monday
Breakfast @ Boma - we have dinner here twice, but never had the breakfast.
Check out of AKL and into YC.
Spend the day at MGM.
Dinner @ California Grill @ 9PM - after Fantasmic! and Osborne Lights! We have never dined here before.

12/03 Tuesday
Epcot day!
Dinner @ Kona - This is the first dinner here, had lunch once.
Then off the MVMCP! (first time)

12/04 Wednesday
Flexible day!
Dinner @ Chefs de France @ 5:30PM - This is the CP package, with CP @ 8:15PM, then Illuminations! We've never to Chefs de France before.

12/05 Thursday
Flexible day!
Dinner @ V&As @ 9:15PM - I can't wait!!!!! We've never been here before

12/06 Friday
Flexible Day!
Dinner @ Flying Fish @ 8:30pm - We ate here last year and loved it!

12/07 Saturday
Epcot in the morning
Lunch @ Marakesh
Fly home at 6:15PM.


I would appreciate any input or suggestions. I will also be sure to post dining reviews upon my return!!!!!!

The restaurant board is a favorite of mine, and I really enjoy and appreciate evryones reviews. It helped me so much with my planning!

only one suggestions. on the day you are doing Chef's de France you may want to consider the restaurant on the 2nd floor also French and much more intimate. Had dinner there @ 2yrs ago and loved it, it has maybe 10 tables and is great.
i am jealous your gonna have some great meals at some great restaurants

Great line up planned. It looks likes one of our pre-child trips. We still do some of them, but it seems as if the Character meals are the big thrill now (LOL)!

With a meal plan like that you will be starting the 30th year off right.

Boma for breakfast is GREAT. I personally would do Jiko twice over FF, but that is a personal preference.

Thanks for all the input, everyone. I am nearly jumping out of my skin waiting for 11/30 to arrive!

There are so many fantastic places to eat at WDW, so I had a tough time deciding on everything. As you can see, dinner is most important to us!

I will be sure to post didning reviews upon my return! After we roll ourselves back to NJ!

be sure to save room for the Bananna Napoleon. It is the best dessert I have ever eaten in my life. Next time though, I will order one for me, myself and I.....and I will know better than to share!! Enjoy your trip.
