2 ADR'S In 1 Night Question

I have 2 different ADR's for one night made and plan on canceling 1 before our trip in September. I read yesterday that when I made the 2nd ADR for that day, the 1st one automatically was canceled by WDW! Is this correct??????? I had the impression I could make as many ADR's as I wanted.

Every CM I have asked tells me that this is fine, esp. if they are not at the same time and place. Call them and ask if you are concerned and have your confirmation # ready.

There have been reports of ADRs being cancelled when they overlap.

I would check, better safe than sorry
