2 adjoining value rooms

My in-laws will be joining us in WDW this year and require 2 rooms.

Do the values have the interior door that connect 2 rooms?

Yep, but you need to say you want "connecting" rooms. "Adjoining" rooms are rooms next to each other. "Connecting" rooms share a door.

Plus, you can not book them. They would be a request and a request only.

And adjoining just as often ends up being 'as close as possible'. If you request adjoining and they can't get you two rooms next to one another, it may be that the rooms are across the hall from one another, or down the hall, etc.

But if you want that internal door, you definitely want to use the word 'connecting' in your request, not 'adjoining'.

BTW, all Disney resorts have connecting rooms.

As others have said - it is only a request, you are not guaranteed. When we have gone with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids and have requested connecting rooms, we have gotten them only 3 times out of the 12 times we have asked. We have gotten adjoining rooms (where our rooms are next to each other) all but 1 time of the remaining 9 times. That time we ended up in the same building - but in different wings and floors.

Thanks for the info.

I might have to tell them to upgrade to a 2 BR villa. They are seven of them so they can't use a value suite.
