Great pics Gary.......a pirates life for you! I can recall reading one of those trashy novels a number of years back, gee, I think it was titled Wicked Loving Ways or something close to that and it was about *SIRENA* the sea siren (a.k.a. a lady pirate). I had the immediate urge to head North to Mystic Seaport and run amuck on the decks of the ships up there! However, the DH put a cabosh to that idea! He's OK with the Tinker Bell thing though!
I wish our cruise documents would show up!!!!!!!!!It would all seem real from that point on!
Did someone mention *wrapping*............I guess I should get started on that also. oh, dread!!!!

Inquiring minds want to know! I'm just wondering in case I go running up and down the hallways in my speedo.

We're on deck 6, cabin 6072.

On second thought, I'll leave my speedo home. I don't want anyone who sees me in it misdiagnosed as having that stomach virus!!!

My body and spandex are NOT a great combination!

I get the first *experience* of Gary running amuck on deck 6!! We are aft....6142 and 6140. Oh yes, *THEY CALL HIM THE STREAK* the fastest thing on two feet!!! (great song).
I received my DISNEY LOGO BAG yesterday....yee haaaa. A shopping we will go, a shopping we will go....hi ho the merrioh, a shopping we will go. yes......I am retail fried!

Hee hee.....Gary, I did a *simple* thing called "shopping" at Disney's store ala dot com. You have seen these bags a hundred times , if not ,at least the logo...BIG D and multi colored letters that follow. It was on sale for about 15 bucks. Two colors-royal blue and black. I grabbed one of each and had one sent to Char. I will definitely be carrying that bag on board, so look for two *bag* ladies. I'll be carrying the black one.

Hi Everyone -

Welcome, Andi... Great pictures Gary...
I can't believe how beautiful the weather has become here. It snowed last night though... so it's hovering around -1. Can't complain about that for December... We're busy here getting ready for Christmas, just finishing up with the gift wrapping and I'm doing a bit of baking... After Christmas, we'll try on our summer clothes and hope that they still fit, and get everything ready for packing! Yahoo!!! We're also hoping for the 4 bedroom Roy Disney Suite on Deck 23 ha... but will have to settle for the category 11 on deck 7 (7063) ...
I might not get a chance to be on the Boards again until after Christmas so in case I'm not, I hope you all have a great Christmas!!!

Got in tonight around 7. Luckily we didn't hit any snow anywhere. It was so nice to be home and see all the family, but I'm very happy to be back too. (We missed our babies!) Going to hit the hay early tonight. Catch up with you all later!!

Wow, so much to get caught up on. I had sooo many e-mails and threads to sort through.

I can't believe some of the 2/1 cruisers already got their docs! I will be so pysched when ours get here. I could NOT BELIEVE it when I saw my countdown timer! Where has the time gone? It's really getting close now. I also went ahead and booked the Radisson for us for the night before.

Anyway, still trying to play catch up. In case I don't get back here, HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL!!

Hard to believe that Christmas is over for another year. Hope everyone had a great holiday.

We got home from the trip and everything seemed in order. Our housesitter said there were no problems and our tree was still standing! Sunday morning one of our cats started throwing up. Not uncommon, but it continued through Monday and she stopped eating. Uh oh. So it's off the vet. They took x-rays and said there was nothing metal in there (I was thinking she got a hold of an ornament hanger) but they wanted to keep her overnight and "clean her insides". Poor baby! We got her back around 2:30 in the afternoon Christmas Eve and got the best Christmas present possible when she got a clean bill of health.

I also finally got the cruise video! Now lets just get those docs here and we'll be in business!

I hope everyone had a great holiday! Gail and I enjoyed her families company on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and as with any Italian family, we ate way too much!!! Just getting in practice for the cruise, doncha know!!!!

We should be getting that special package any time now!!!

We're also glad to hear your cat is OK. Being fellow cat staff, we can relate. (They own you, you don't own them. You have to experience it to believe it! ) Our boys are doing fine. They like the college bowl season. Plenty of lap time with me in the recliner!!! Just roll the fridge up to the Lazy Boy, dear!!!

I never want to see, smell, or taste another cake or cookie again! My belly hurts! (Yes, we Italians sure know how to keep the food rolling!)
We had an excellent Christmas despite the fact we had 8 inches of snow.It was a beautiful white Christmas, and we had a *sleep over* for our guests that couldn't return home.
I am happy to see the anxiety level has dropped for some of us and now we can move on to more IMPORTANT events to be. I keep looking for that special package to come....any day now.
OH, the Norwalk virus found its way to Chrissy's cat!!!
Those crazy critters sure know how to glean some attention don't they? I worry about the cats more than the humans in this house most times. Glad yours is OK.

I really need my vacation NOW!!!

Hi Everyone - I'm glad to hear that you all had a great Christmas. We ate our share, too. I don't think we need to eat anything else until the cruise... We surprised my step-son with a flight to Florida for his Christmas present. He's going to join us after the cruise. He was really excited. It was fun watching him open that present... The weather here is staying very mild. It's in the +'s. My earlier nagging about the cold weather must have paid off because I can't believe how beautiful it is. Hopefully it will stay nice until we leave for our holiday. Then it can get cold... Laura, did you have to work on Boxing Day? We enjoyed the Boxing Day sales but there were wall to wall people. Bathing suits were 70 percent off so we all got a new suit for the trip... Only 37 days til we leave...

I HAD to work. And I even wore my *boxing* gloves. The days was not as bad as I was expecting or remember from some seasons past. I am happy to say that just maybe our shoppers made the right choices and may NEVER have to come back to us until spring.
I love our countdown timers!!!!! I am just too excited now. I keep *reminding* everyone at work just how many days until I AM GONE!!!!!!! Will they be relieved! DH agreed to test drive some of his *dressy* wear....just in case "THEY have shrunk a little"!!! As for me, I don't even want to try anything on....too depressing after the holidays.
OK....so clue the rest of us l in if one of us receives their docs first OK!!?

Yeah, GO STILLERS! My dad and I got to see the Steelers beat the Buccaneers in Tampa last Monday night, so to pay him back, we're taking my parents with us on the 2/8. Good deal, huh?
