2/13/2011 Disney Dream 4 Day Cruise

It was just a tough decision. :sad1: There was always a very close schedule problem anyway and then several different "final payments" came due within days of each other. We had to make a choice on several things. Unfortunately this was one we felt that we had to do without. :sad2:

I am so sorry:sad2:, it will not be the same without you. Myself and the others were looking forword to meeting you. I hope it works out so you can go soon.

Thanks.

I'm still in denial over this.

OK I know this thread will be buzzing when the first sailing is done, anyone out there?........anyone?popcorn::

Ok people lets get this show on the road! We are less then 2 months from setting sail and this board is too quiet!!

Lets get chatty!!

Just got back from a week at WDW -nothing like being in Orlando with record low temps, so as soon as Christmas is over I will be in full cruise planning mode! :santa: First thing is either make or order a Fish Extender.

Funny story- my DD did not want to go on Pirates on our last day (weds), I finally convinced her to go. When we got off the ride her stroller had a Pirates Adventure Set it in (sword, parrot, telescope, flag and eye patch) and a red and white pirate scarf hat with Mickey ears... her first Magical Moment! :wizard: She is so psyched to have new pirate accessories to bring on the cruise!

I am also stocking up on cruise stuff- picked up some glow sticks that look like pirate swords. I also had a great find for DD a few weeks ago. I was in Old Navy and they had 50% off all clearance... I got her a dress for the cruise, very glittery and it was less than 6 bucks! It is still $30 on the website! It is actually very formal and glittery for Old Navy.

YEAH:cool1: there is activity! It's funny we just got back from Disney too! We were there Monday thru Wednesday for the RECORD breaking COLD! My DH was not thrilled to go to MVMCP when it was 27 degrees :scared1:We are still waiting for our cabin assignments! I am so excited:woohoo:

It wont be long now till the first cruisers take off, cant wait to hear about it. :confused3 We got a great photo album for a steal on ebay for our wedding pics. I hope everyone enjoys the holidays and has plenty of disney dreams dancing in their heads. :goodvibes :santa:

Funny! I was just there too- December 6-10... it was just not right to wear winter coats and gloves/hates etc!! The only thing I didn't see was the Hollywood Studios Christmas lights- would have loved to see them, but my little guy wasn't going to last. Since this trip was just the two of us, we went to downtown Disney that night instead.

We are actually driving home now. We spent some time in St Augustine with relatives on the tail end of our trip. It was so cold the night we went to MVMCP they cancelled the stage show. There explanation was the cold was to dangerous for the dancers, I said what about those of us standing in it to watch? :scared1::lmao: I am super.duper excited

Hello everyone,

We just booked this cruise tonight! I'm so excited to be celebrating my 40th birthday on the Disney Dream in Castaway Cay! My name is Kimberly, DH (James) and DS (Logan, 4).

There are some interior pics posted now of the cabins ! It won't be long til all the trip reports and all the info we have been waiting for:worship:

Thanks for the early birthday wishes. I spent the whole day being lazy, reading about the Dream, catching up on the reading on this thread and trying to figure out where to get my FE from. Sounds like fun. I also can't wait to ride the Aquaduck!

we got palo ressies for 6 pm on the 15th yea, pretty sure this will be pirate night, fireworks at sea would be the perfect end to a perfect day. :woohoo: :dance3:
