2 100 point contacts directly from DVC first purchase?

I know the initial purchase is 160 points, but will they let you break it up and buy 2-100 point contracts as your initial purchase?

yes they will...we have friends who just purchased 320 points and broke them up into 160 and 160.

But both their contracts were the minimum purchase of 160 points. I want to buy 200 points, but want split into 2 -100 point contracts so neither would qualify for the minimum purchase?

I have heard of a lowered the min. points to 100 for new contracts. I'm not sure of the conditions or if it is for a limited time or not. We were doing an add-on so didn't pay close attention.

Meaning...that you rec'd a bonus of 200 developer points for SSR, the $500 gift card, etc?

Plus $8 Per Point Credit...

Nice thing about Developer Points..3 choices..
Can either be used at SSR or one of 3 Disneyland Hotels within 1 yr from date of contract..If you don't use..loose it.

Or can be used through Interval International...Basically have up to 2 yrs from date of contract to complete stay only through II..
As long as a waitlist for properties is begun within 1st yr, you have additional 1 yr to have match found through Interval..up to 2 yrs from date of contract, stay must be completed through Interval..

Should be all spelled out in contract under Developer Point Section...
