1st Yard Sale-Help please!

I am having my first yard sale and have no idea how to price items. Any advice? Besides clothes, toys, collectable toys still in the box, and misc junk, I also have some furniture items. I am afraid of charging way too much. I thought I'd have the yard sale to buy gift certificates for our guests on our next Disney trip (they really can't afford to go, but won't back out).
Or should I just donate everything and avoid the hassle?

It really depends on what you're wanting. Generally I price any good condition adult clothing at $1 and any kid's clothes at $.50. Furniture it depends on the condition and what it is. But one thing to keep in mind is that with a yard sale, ANYTHING is negotiable. Best way to price it is "how much would I pay if I were to buy it at a yard sale in this condition"?
