***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

oops lol. Well Le Cellier is something I would have liked to fit in. I love their filet with risotto. but I have other filets at other places and even filet with risotto at CA Grill and I make risotto at home a lot so I let that one drop. if I had one more day at Epcot it would have been top on the list.

I lost count of how many times I was searching for dining ADRs in the wrong month because my trip spans november and december. Ugh.

I have a Le Cellier dinner for 11/29 at 7:30pm. I bumped it off the schedule for the 4:25pm BOG, but I kept it in case I found a BOG that works. I'm intrigued by the French Onion and Koreon beef poutine. Sounds delicious.

Ha ha! I had that problem once when trying to book an EMM. I was on the phone with the cm having her look at 12/27 instead of 11/27. Oops.

Can I just say with 15 days to go here I'm feeling woefully unprepared? I feel like there is so much I still need to do! A boatload of printing (travel documents, luggage tags, daily run down, etc.) I do have our suitcases and we're going to start filling those this weekend (since with the cold here I'm not wearing my tshirts or capris) and I have a decent packing list prepared.

I still am having problems letting go of my Akershus reservations. I have three....an 8:25 am ppo, a 10:50am brunch and a 1:25pm lunch. DH has told me his preference is for lunch since he is interested in the menu, but I'm thinking breakfast is cheaper and a safer bet. But then again, we're doing some other buffet breakfasts (Ohana, Hollywood and Vine, Cape May, heck even EMM is kind of a egg and bacon buffet) so maybe a TS lunch will be a nice change. The menu just looks like Ikea to me I need to be strong and LET IT GO! Part of me is just scared about the FEA ride breaking down. I have fastpasses for the ride for both epcot days but I'm paranoid.

I would not take up party time. there already seems to be not enough party time without devoting 90 minutes to dinner! When is your party? I'm going to SC first thing, lunch on 12/2. I'd be happy to let you know what I think after I eat there.

Secret Santa Update!

Hi guys! After a crazy busy work day I was FINALLY able to get our Secret Santa List put together! Everyone who joined the list should check their email inbox for a message from DrawNames.com. According to the site you will need to select to join the group. Once everyone on the list has joined the group the site will assign your buddy!

From checking out the site it also looks like you will be able to anonymously communicate with your ornament recipient so you can work out any specific shipping dates/needs/etc.

We have a whopping 15 participants! I can't wait to see everyone posting their awesome ornaments after we're all finished!

I've never been to the raw bar in Mashpee. We have thought about it but it is pricey and we always have those (*#)@$*& kids with us, which jacks the price up higher. We want to go adults only, lol. I usually get the church or american legion lobster rolls here. they are quite yummy.

I don't usually do whole lobsters just because they are a messy pain although one of my contractors once showed up at my office with 4 steamed chicken lobsters, 3 lbs of (raw) steamers, and cole slaw and a stick of butter (i guess that is how they sell the clam bake lol). I had to call bf at work and make him come home because I couldn't at all that myself and it doesn't stay good for very long. the warm water "lobster" is just nasty (the only place I had it and it was good was in aruba but it was very very fresh, not frozen, but it was not "lobster" it was its own thing). Narcoossees has maine lobster so I'm going to have it there lovely and elegantly plated and easy to eat. Princess doesn't like to work for her food.

Yeah, I say screw the kids and go get a lobster roll! Seriously they are so big you and BF could share one with no issues!
And yes, if Narcoosee's has Maine lobster you definitely should let them do the messy stuff. For that price they should be doing as much of the work as possible!

They are closed for the season now. we'd have to drive out to Hyannis.

Don't think I'm going to keep trying for a BOG on our second MVMCP night... don't want to waste the time eating a big meal. CHH and that Lobster Roll sounds like a good option! We'll see how we feel when we get there.

I gave up most of mine, but I still have 3 Ohana's on one day (still not sure about resort day/MK/MVMCP). I might be hoarding one or two more ;-)

Sister comes for Thanksgiving on Tuesday and then we're surprising our nephew. Will finalize then.

Agree. We have a lot of good choices here, which is probably why DH is meh on most food at WDW.

Ikr? I'm not sure what to expect with disney food. We usually cruise and cruise food I find is great! (Buffet is meh but we don't eat buffet often)
