My plan for WS is just to stroll around and see what looks interesting. There are really no specific shows that we what to catch. I'll pick up a times schedule when we get there and just see where we end up.

I plan on seeing Santa in MK on our first day. DD has an IOU to deliver to him. :flower1:

I plan on seeing Santa before party at MK. I'm hoping it's not too long of a line! :(
I should clarify....we will be hoping to see him around 3:50/4:00. My thought is that maybe we can get in line to see him before the party goers enter the gates with their party tickets at 4:00, but early enough that we aren't in the crowd of non-party goers trying to see him on their way out around 7.

I have no idea when would be a good time to see him but he's only there til 5 normally... I wonder if he has a 2 hour break til the party at 7. It might not be a terrible thing to do between parade and fireworks but maybe other people would have the same idea lol.

Correct me if I'm wrong, if you aren't able to see Santa in MK, isn't he also in DS? That's our back up plan, we we don't get to see him in MK.

I have a couple of performers I want to hit up in the world showcase (i have heard... maybe even here.. that norway is great and we are german so I want to see germany too and those times work out for me). Pere Noel is the other one and maybe Hanukah because we are jewish as well (i am half and half so I do it all lol). I don't want to schedule too much of that stuff, kiddo will not have patience to do presentation after presentation (they are not scheduled so you can do that anyway). I want to do some shopping. Anyone know if pick a pearl has the discount? lol

I really want this to be my WS "plan" too! I'd like to just have the information handy and maybe put a star or something next to the ones that I think we should try and make it to. I have about 27 hours possibly scheduled for Epcot right now. Even if some of those get turned into rests/break periods, that should be plenty to enjoy at a leisurely pace I would hope.

In my current touring plan, I have us hitting about half the storytellers at WS. I was kinda bummed that they space the times such that you really can't just pick a direction and hit them consecutively. The only one I really wanted to hit that I haven't found a slot in our plan for was the Hanukkah one. We're not Jewish, but I just thought it would be really interesting since there's not really a big Jewish population in my area here at home.

I agree. if they were 30 - 45 minutes apart going around it would probably be idea... 10 minutes to listen, some time to shop, some time to get a snack, time to walk between pavilions and a few minutes to wait for the next

My Epcot time (or I should say) my WS time is really lax...pretty much plan on sauntering around, stopping if we want, and eating and drinking as we go. I will likely print out an updated list of storytellers and refer to it as necessary, but I have a feeling we'll only stop if we're near one at that point in time.

I think it was here where I was contemplating "out loud" some changes to our plans to incorporate more special events (EMM, MVMCP, etc...). I've got a potential plan to type out and see how it feels:

Saturday 11/26 - Arrive late at MCO (around 11), take DME to Pop for check in, hopefully be in bed around 1:30 AM (which will feel like 12:30 to us, coming from central time - not much later than normal bedtime for us)

Sunday 11/27 - Hit MK around noon (will activate pkg park tickets a day early and will have to make sdfp when we get in), stay for MVMCP

Monday 11/28 - Move over to AoA whenever we can get around in the morning, probably aim for waking up around 9, leave Pop by 10-ish. Head to Epcot after we check in at AoA and possibly get settled if our room is ready. Arrive at Epcot around noon? Fastpasses begin with FEA/Soarin' at 4:20, so we can take our time and just look around WS this afternoon. Leave Epcot by 7 to get to bed early.

Tuesday 11/29 - EMM at MK, followed by spending the day at AK. We'll leave MK by 11 or so and hope to see ROL this night with a fastpass.

Wednesday 11/30 - Rope drop Epcot for Joy/Sadness and family ride on Soarin', spend the whole day here finishing the night with Illuminations.

Thursday 12/1 - DHS during the day (possibly just me and the 2 teens), MVMCP #2 at night (arrive at MK by about 2)

Friday 12/2 - Epcot again, arriving around 11 or so. FEA @ 5:15. No plans to stay late.

Saturday 12/3 - Rope drop or EMM at DHS, see SW fireworks this night

Sunday 12/4 - MK for the day, nothing at night

Monday 12/5 - AK emh, Tusker House @ 10:30, Epcot for the afternoon (FEA @ 1)

Tuesday 12/6 - MK EMM if desired, otherwise rope drop one last time here, then hop to Epcot for a last FEA ride at 12:30, then finish the day at DHS.

TOTALS: MK - 2 1/2 days plus 2 other brief visits
Epcot - 4 days where this is the primary park, but only one where we do rope drop to close
DHS - 1 full day, 2 half days
AK - 1 day where it is the primary park, 1 emh

I'm a bit concerned I'm not giving AK enough time but I don't see a good way to fit more in. I'll have to look at crowd calendars, but I think there may be a couple Epcot days where we could spend some time at AK if desired. We could also substitute AK on our last park day instead of ending at DHS. I guess we're probably okay since we have some options there.

All in all, I like how the additional MVMCP would slide into that Sunday night slot. It doesn't mess with anything else, and since our fastpasses at Epcot don't begin until later in the day, we have plenty of time to get around Monday morning. I like not having to rush when moving from one hotel to the other. :)

It just occurred to me: if I purchase our Christmas party tickets for Sunday, 11/27 now, we could go ahead and make fastpasses for that day, right? Oh my... we need to decide soon!

you don't already have FP+ for that day? i'm a little confused. If you don't because you don't have tickets for that day then yes. If you want to make additional FP+ you need to assign the ticket entitlement to your SDFP phantoms and no, you won't be able to make FP+ for them until 30 days out unless they are registered in your room.

I think you have plenty of time at all of the parks to do everything. by the end I'd just see where you felt like being and not try to plan it - whatever you feel you missed out on/want to do again. remember, after you scan in your FEA FP+ for the ride you can make 2 more FP+ in a different park from the app.

Yeah, we'll be on a room-only reservation on 11/27. Our package doesn't start until 11/28, so we can't get fastpasses for 11/27 yet. BUT, if I purchase MVMCP tickets, I'd think we could use those to make fastpasses for 11/27.

I think so too!

Oh well, apparently my 5:45-6:45 7DMT FP will be cancelled eventually because of MVMCP (anything after 5:30 disappears), at least the lines won't be too long during the party

I wasn't offered anything later than 5:30 either, and I DID look at all available times. I had a hard time fitting 3 FP in. Ended up starting first FP window at 3:30 though I'm not sure yet if we'll enter the park before 4.

I have a 6 day PH and MVMCP ticket all on one profile and was able to book 7 days of FP. I have a 1 day ticket on another profile that I plan on using for GLFP (though we're not supposed to talk about that anymore:) I'm wondering if the system will cancel some of my FP if we go to park before 4 on day of MVMCP. I doubt it....any thoughts?

you have a 15 minute grace period so if you enter right at 4 you should be able to make the 3:30-4:30 by 4:40 or 4:45 or so.
