BOG dinner ressies have opened for party nights if anyone was looking for one
my TP search is working. Trying to get Sci Fi dinner for Dec 3. I see now you can only do 2 live searches at a time.
You guys, my DD just told me that she does not want to do Jedi Training. My heart is breaking as I am a die hard Star Wars fan. I'm hanging on to the PPO Hollywood and Vine just in case she changes her mind, but seriously....![]()
and did you hear they don't do dancing anymore with the kids. So how do they keep kids entertained at character meals? My DD maxes out at about 20 minutes with colouring books. If she seriously doesn't want to do it, I may cancel this and just go for RD to do TSMM and other stuff.
I have an Il Mulino on hold too for my date night....but thinking of switching to Trattoria al Forno instead as it's on the boardwalk. Pretty similar menu and pricing.
omg was thinking of doing that when i saw it mentioned. do you have to pay in advance or is it an ADR? also where are the viewing spots?I booked the wishes dessert party on impulse this morning!!!I'm going nuts...
No we didn't get SCi Fi....waiting to see if we can! Yes I'll hold on to it but really I'm thinking she won't be interested. If I get to HS 30 mins before RD we should be OK for Jedi Training if she wants to, right? If not we'll just RD and maybe FP TSMM and go to do the Star Wars stuff first. Dropping Jedi training would give us more time for other stuff at HS. I know she'll want to do the Frozen and Beauty and Beast and Mermaid shows. Meeting Olaf of course, and maybe Disney Junior. Muppets and Indiana Jones will be a skip for us.Great that you got your Sci Fi ressie!!
As for the Jedi thing, my opinion is maybe you could aim for an AM EMH like @Lisa F instead of spending for a breakfast that won't be very entertaining for your DD anyway. Or just hold onto the reservation and see what happens the next few months. Kids change their mind all the time.mine currently likes watching Elmo. Not interested in the Disney Junior channel right now
Great choice! You can wait and see also for flying fish.I have bluezoo reserved but will probably change it to flying fish... Just waiting...
don't be broken hearted. Maybe you can bribe her to do it, I'm sure she will enjoy it while she is doing it and you will get some great photos too. My son is on the spectrum and we talk about him being a "super flexible thinker" (it is actually a social skills program used with kids who have issues with rigidity) so maybe you can talk to her about it in those terms. Mommy would love it if you did it, would you do it for me? how about we be super flexible about this and then you get some special treat for doing it. Unless she strongly DOESN'T want to for some reason (shyness or anxiety or fear of the dark side) she will probably do it and have a great time.my TP search is working. Yes but refundable if you cancel 24 hours ahead I believe.omg was thinking of doing that when i saw it mentioned. do you have to pay in advance?
That's true, well I think if you keep your H&V ressie you can go straight to TSMM after and get to ride it twice if you FP it too.No we didn't get SCi Fi....waiting to see if we can! looks like it is the coveted "by the flagpole" viewing spot for the parade. how is the wishes viewing spot?Yes but refundable if you cancel 24 hours ahead I believe.I'm on the fence but in case I want it, at least it's reserved already. I'm really considering it because of how crowded I hear it gets to wait for the parade and wishes!

Search for holiday wishes fireworks dessert party and it'll take you to where you can reserve itHow do you book that? when I go to it on the website or app, it doesn't even let me search.

I'm hoping this is the same for the Holiday wishes!! Fingers crossed on the fireworks view. That would be a better view than the restaurant I think?https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/magic-kingdom/wishes-fireworks-holiday-dessert-party/

also it says that they will let you watch fireworks from the old Fast Pass spot if you want on the disney food blog (as of april of 2016, and for regular wishes parties)

i know the feeling. All 3 of my kids are all too shy to do Jedi Training. Which honestly, I can't blue them, because I was too until I was an adult. But I wanna see one of them do it!my TP search is working. Trying to get Sci Fi dinner for Dec 3. I see now you can only do 2 live searches at a time.
