Newbie here! We're going to be at POP 10/3-10/8 (then going to COcoa Beach for a day at the beach and a trip to NASA). This will be our first trip to WDW. Dh isn't totally convinced it will be a great vacation, but I'm so excited. We have 3 kids, 7, 6, and 2, and are used to traveling, although we've never done a vacation like this. Last year we stayed at the Outer Banks for a week and Hawaii for 4 days. The only reason we can do it is we fly for free because dh is a pilot. Anyway, I've got some great tips since I found the board. Without these, I know our vacation wouldn't have been as good (for example had no idea about the Halloween party-I know my kids will love it!).

Going to be at ASMo from Oct 7 through Oct 18! This is almost a solo trip, going with a big group where everyone is doing their own thing!

Going on our honeymoon to CR October 1, and then moving to BC OCtober 2-7. Hope to see some other DIS'ers, but doesn't look like anyone else is doing BC! Where are the all BC'ers??

Theres part of us they would like to do split stay and maybe stay at Poly or Cont. but I heard so many good things about the POP, that I don't think I want to spent the extra money but on the other hand it might be nice during the last part of the trip to be closer to MK and EPCOT? What do you all think?
