Ok here's my delima If I go the 1st week in Aug I can save about $400 (my son will still be 9)
and i don't have to worry about taking the kids out of school.

So how are the crowds and heat?

If I go in Sept I will have to pay about $400 more and take the kids out of school... BUT i have heard its better in Sept.

I am looking at a Deluxe resort.. The CR to be exact.

Help what should I do? What other pro's and cons could there be?

my son's B-day is Aug 3rd. he will be 10 and if we go in Sept we have to pay a higher rate for him......

We usually go in either Sept. (for my birthday) or Oct. and just returned from our first August trip. I will NEVER do that again! It was just too hot and crowded! With touring plans, TGM, and Fastpass, the crowds were manageable, but the heat really zaps the energy right out of you! If cost is an issue, go in Aug. to save the $400, but if it's not, wait until Sept.! Just my opinion of course, I know lots of people love to go during the summer for longer hours and such, but it's just not for us.

If taking your child out of school is not an issue and neither is the $400 I would DEFINATELY vote for September!!!

I am not sure how you got a $400 difference for your son. That does not seem right at all. There is a small discount for children, but you could purchase an annual pass for $400, and that is just the difference. Is this a Gold package or something?
