1st Visit - Airport to Explorer Hotel??

Myself and a friend are flying into CDG airport Terminal 3 on Friday 2nd February around 8.30am and need to get to the Explorers Hotel. I understand there are VEA buses, but how would i catch a train, how long, and is it cheaper than a bus? also how often do they run, and is there a website that will explain more.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can take the TGV to the trainstation and will then have to take another shuttle to the hotel.

Is anybody travelling to CDG Airport from Luton on the 06.05am flight on Friday 2nd February who is going to either the explorer hotel or one nearby, who would be interested in sharing a taxi there? (There are two of us)
