1st trip home

I have a check in question for you DVC experts. We are making our first trip home in Nov. We will be staying at SSR we will have 2 studios the first night of our trip and then transfer to a GV for the remainder of our time. My question is pertaining to the check in process. I assume that we can arrange for bell service to deliver our bags to our rooms, however how do we get to our rooms? We will not have a car and we will be checking in late in the evening. We will have two small children and a set of grandparents with us. Is there a shuttle service to deliver us to our rooms or are we on our own once they hand us the keys?!?!?!

We plan on using magical express to get to SSR and then rent a car the next day. We did think about renting a car at the airport but then decided to use magical express and just rent from one of the on-site locations, maybe it would be easier just to rent a car from the airport?!?!

Bell services has some 6-4 passenger golf carts that they can transport you and your luggage. (even have plastic they can put up if it iis raining) Of course tipping is very highly recommended.
Or, If you really wanted, you should be able to use the DTD bus (only) to get from Springs to the other SSR stops. The other Park busses, Springs is the last stop before the parks.

Bell Services took us to our room in one of those carts! This works well as they give you some information about the resort while you are driving to your room. I am not sure we could have found our room without their help! Well, I am sure we could have eventually, but Bell Services sure saved us a lot of time!
