1st Timer -- shore excursions?

My DW & I are taking our 1st cruise ever for 3 nights on the Wonder end of Feb. We're on either side of 50 yrs old. Enjoy being active, but not crazy -- mostly looking forward to this vacation as a chance to relax! Any excursions you would recommend either at Nassau or Castaway Cay? Curious about Atlantis Resort a bit. Thanks

Also 50 ish! Take the bike ride on CC! Only takes an hour, and it's a lovely ride. Still leaves you plenty of time to sun-bathe, and it gives you an appetite for the fabulous BBQ! Nat

We did the catamaran sail and snorkel. There was a wide variety of ages. There were also a number of people who had never snorkeled. We had a great time.

I went on the 3-night with my family in October. Both my parents are in their mid 50's. In Nassau...we went to Ardastra Gardens. Disney has an excursion there however we pieced it together ourselves for less than half the cost. We had a really great time!

At Castaway Cay....we did the Seahorse Snorkel Adventure. Tiring but fun!
