1st timer question about Toontown

This is going to seem like a silly question-but can you enter/exit Toontown without the WDW railroad? I have several maps and I really cannot tell. Thanks!

Yes you can. No question is too silly! And I know those maps can be deceiving!!!
There is a walkway that brings you to Toontown from both Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.

Tomorrowland/Fantasyland. The entrance is right by the Mad Tea Party. You won't miss it. Just pick up a guide map and see where it is.

But, yes you can.
