I completely agree! The front desk CM's were VERY rude to us when we needed our new room number on 5/5/03. We had to move rooms after the 1st night (the elevator mechanism was RIGHT above our 1st studio). They told us to call back after a certain time to get our room number. The first CM was very rude to my DH and put him through to some random department just to get rid of the call. The 2nd CM he talked to (when he called back) was equally rude and gave us a room number for which our keys didn't work. I went down to the desk to get our keys corrected, and 2 CM's at the desk were incredibly rude about that, too! They acted bothered to have to do their jobs. I was polite to them, but I should have actually voiced my opinion on their rudeness right then and there. I walked away feeling like I wanted to leave BCV and go home right then and there
This was just 2 weeks ago...if you ask me, something is going on at this resort, and I will NOT stay there again until they fix it!
Look at it this way. with everyone now aware of the benches, and ants being a problem in May. not just for me, but others as well. They should be paying extra close attention to this by now. And although I did voice my concerns and have not heard back, which I may say I find odd. I also forwarded a copy of my 2 threads to them. And as they I am told, normally check this site anyway. I would say you can be a 100% sure, they are paying attention to theses issues now. There are alot of people second guessing them at this point. So they will have no choice but to be proactive. It is just as simple as that. Go ahead, odds are great you will be ok.
