what is the best site to book a disney cruise, one that guarantee if the rate goes down they will reimburse you. Also what is the best insurance to get for my disney cruise. I have three small children and need the best possible...

thank you for your help

From what I've read on these boards and the research I've done regarding booking my second cruise, it would appear that Dreams Unlimited is the best place for booking your cruise and getting the rebate. They are raved about on these boards. That's who I'm going to use for my 2nd cruise next year.

I believe that Disney offers cruise insurance packages and I know that Dreams Unlimited has insurance available also.

Hi Sara!

We're in the process of reserving a cruise. We've gotten rates from many different places. Both Dreams Unlimited and Sam's Club gave comparable rates (within a few dollars of each other). Cruise.com beat them both by about $100.

Even though Dreams Unlimited cost more (for our particular category and sailing) we decided to go with them because we found that they were the most knowledgeable and available to us when we had questions. Cruise.com was very nice but some of the information they gave us was just downright wrong.

At first it was totally overwhelming to get all these different quotes, but once we got 4 or 5 of them lined up on a spreadsheet it really helped us see clearly what was being charged.

Good Luck and let us know what you decide to do!

Dreams Unlimited gets our vote. They have been very responsive to any questions I had. They also suggested ways to save money (book with air, then remove when you find air on your own). Received my documents last week and everything was perfect. The rebate is terrific also.

That is one of the reasons that we like Dreams too. It's a real pain to keep watching for the rates to drop, but they do it for us. They have saved us money on many of our cruises that way.

For us, cruise.com beat Dreams Unlimited by about $300. Only a few agencies will watch for a lower rate but all will call and have the rate adjusted if you read that a special has been announced. Dreams certainly was friendly and responsive and they will watch for a lower rate, but they were so much more I couldn't justify booking with them.
