1st time at the Poly

I was wondering if anyone could tell me some information about the Poly. We are staying there for our upcoming trip. Is there a room to recommend? Activities for an 8 year old? Best place to watch MK fireworks? Or anything else you think I might need to know about the Poly. Thanks

you can see the fireworks and the electrical light pagent from the beach

for you son, there is an arcade and the volcano pool has a really cool slide

also, there is the neverland club, so your son can go there and you & DH can go out to dinner somewhere nice or see cirque or something on your own. it is $10/hr & dinner is included

also, Kona Cafe is terrific no matter what meal you go for

AND, I like to get a smoothie when we return in the afternoon, just go to the counter at Kona Cafe and you can order one to go
