1st ? - Pool hopping 2nd? - Programs/events for kids

First question - If you are staying at a DL property resort, can you pool hop to another DL property pool?

Second question - You know how at WDW they have a Priate cruise for kids, a tea party with Wendy, a cooking class for kids...Do the DL resort hotels offer anything special like this for children? I read that they had a kids club for kids similar to the Neverland club at WDW. But as far as special/extra events, do they offer this?

I have heard that you can pool hop from PP and DLH but not CA.

I remember Mary Jo saying that you can pool hop anywhere if you stay at the GCH. If you're staying at the DLH, you can use the PPH pool. If you're staying at the PPH you can only use the their pool (you were supposedly able to use the DLH pool while the PPH pool was being refurbed, but I don't know if that's still in effect).
