Usually MK, ride varies. My mom, sister and I take family trips and we each get to pick a first ride. My pick is always Haunted Mansion, my sister's is Peter Pan's Flight and my mom's is Splash Mountain.

I don't think that we've ever gone anywhere but MK and Epcot for our first park so I believe our answers would be:

MK: Space Mountain
EP: Soarin'
