1st disney trip

We're leaving for our 1st disney trip next Tuesday and am really excited. We're driving from Dallas and have booked thru a timeshare 7/2-7/5 at the Adams Mark. My son competes in Taekwondo Jr Olypics 7/4 at Orange County convention center. Then we move over to a Westgate resort 7/5-7/9. We paid only $210 for 8 days and 7 nights. We just have to go a timeshare presentation for 90 min. I'm wondering how these places are and are my 4,5,and 6 year old kids will like it. I need tips on Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. My daughter's one wish she wants to meet Cinderella, my son Buzz and Woody.
