1st Disney Bus

Does anyone know what time is the buses start running to the Magic Kingdom? We are planning dining ressies for breakfast at Crystal Palace, but want to know what time we have to be at the bus stop at the POFQ.

I think the character breakfast ones start at 6:45 - but go ask on the transportation board. some of them are WDW bus drivers.
